% 08.11.2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a connected matter Mr. Mr.Amish Tandon, Advocate has been appointed as the arbitrator. Both the parties request that he may be appointed as the arbitrator in this matter also to settle the dispute. Accordingly, I appoint Mr.Amish Tandon, Advocate (Mobile No.9899977720) as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned Arbitrator will fix his fees in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties. The learned Arbitrator will file appropriate declaration under Section 12 (1) of the Act.

Petition stands disposed of.
