A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.279/2018 dated 06.09.2018 under Section 376 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. 2.

Learned APP for State submits that the Chargesheet already stands filed and the matter is now pending for arguments on Charge. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise the contentions before the learned Trial Court. 4.
