% 21.02.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that since respondent no.2 has sought clarification from respondent no.1 vide its letters dated 17th November, 2017, 8th January, 2018 and 22nd January, 2018, in respect of Notification dated 7th June, 2017, issued by respondent no.1, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. He, however, submits that in case any decision adverse to the interest of the petitioner is taken by the respondents at a subsequent stage, he may be granted liberty to challenge the same.
The petition and applications are dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
