Despite the fact that the deceased/ appellant expired on 22.08.2022, and which has already been recorded vide orders dated 02.02.2023 and 20.05.2025, no appropriate steps have been taken on behalf of the learned counsel for the deceased/ appellant to implead his Legal Heirs. 2.

As such, the present appeal is abated.

Accordingly, the present appeal alongwith the pending application is disposed of as abated.
