The said order is annexed with the memo of this application. This application is not tenable at law in a disposed of writ petition. Once the writ petition is disposed of by this Court, no further order can be passed in the very same writ petition. Instead of this application review petition could have been preferred. W.P.(C) 9662/2017

Moreover, looking to the nature of the application preferred by this applicant, it appears that the prayers in the writ petition and the prayers in this application are entirely different. Fresh writ petition for a fresh cause of action could have been preferred.
