% 02.03.2020 Learned APP for State, on instructions from Insp.Rakesh, submits that chargesheet is ready and same would be filed without arresting petitioner. In view of above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. However, in the event of arrest, IO/SHO concerned is directed to release petitioner on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to its satisfaction.
