ARB. P. 587/2017 After some arguments, the learned counsel for both the parties submit that the two arbitrators who have been nominated, respectively may be given an opportunity to meet and nominate the third arbitrator. They also submit that they would like to request the learned arbitrators so nominated to do the needful within ten days from today. If for some reasons, the learned arbitrators nominated by the parties are unable to reach a consensus on nomination of the third arbitrator/umpire, either of the parties will be at liberty to apply for revival of the present petition for nomination of the third arbitrator/umpire.

The learned counsel for the both parties also submit that they will not object at a later stage on the process being adopted to nominate the third

arbitrator.

The petition stands disposed of as above.
