The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 354/2017, under Section 308/34 IPC, registered at PS Pandav Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Status report has been filed by the State.

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned.
