O R D E R

% 07.03.2018 Crl. M.A. No. 4215/2018 (modification of order dated 21st December, 2017) 1.

By this application the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21st December, 2017 by reduction of amount of surety bond. 2.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner is being granted regular furloughs. Petitioner was also granted parole by this Court in W.P. (Crl.) No. 313/2010 vide order dated 15th April, 2010 wherein vide order dated 4th August, 2014 the surety bond amount was reduced to ₹5,000/-.

Considering that when earlier the petitioner was granted parole/furlough he did not misuse the concession, order dated 21st December, 2017 is modified. The petitioner be now released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal W.P.(CRL) 2644/2017

bond in the sum of ₹5,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Mandoli Jail. 4.

Application is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
