By this petition the petitioner challenges the communication dated 11th August, 2017 rejecting grant of parole to the petitioner. 2.

Learned proxy counsel for the learned Standing Counsel has handed over a copy of the communication dated 21st December, 2017 passed by the competent authority granting furlough for a period of three weeks to the petitioner which the petitioner though could not avail for the reason of the two sureties imposed on him.

Considering the fact that relief has already been granted to the petitioner and the petitioner would be at liberty to seek modification of the communication dated 21st December, 2017 granting furlough to him, this W.P.(CRL) 2645/2017

Court finds no ground to interfere in the communication dated 11th August, 2017 rejecting grant of parole to the petitioner. 4.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for modification of the communication dated 21st December, 2017. Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
