% 28.11.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.174/2017 under Sections 379/34 IPC registered at PS Shahdara on the complaint of Vijender Sharma the brother of the petitioner. The allegations in the complaint relate to theft of three CCTV cameras installed outside the shop of Vijender Sharma. On 10th April, 2017 Vijender Sharma provided a pen drive showing footage of three persons stealing CCTV cameras from his shop. The three persons identified were Amit, Chokhey Ram and Raj Kumar. In the investigation there is no other material before the investigating officer except the disclosure statement of Amit, Chokhey Ram and Raj Kumar that the offence was committed at the instance of Ajay Sharma and that they were his employees. Considering the nature of allegations this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed and will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
