% 07.01.2016 This Court had issued notice in the present contempt petition as the petitioner had alleged that respondent despite giving an undertaking had not withdrawn her complaint filed under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Today in Court, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a certified copy of the order dated 17th December, 2015 passed by a Mahila Court/MM01/SED/Saket Courts, New Delhi whereby respondent's complaint being Crl. Complaint No. 1767/3/14 has been dismissed as withdrawn. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied and notice issued is discharged.
