This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/appellant/Insurance Company seeking certain directions to the learned Tribunal for refund of the excess amount. 3.

None appeared on behalf of the respondents despite sending advance notice.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant/Insurance Company, it is directed that the appellant/Insurance Company shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application along with Calculation Sheets so as to seek refund of the excess amount of compensation, if any, disbursed to the claimants.

Further, the amount of statutory deposit to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- be refunded to the applicant/appellant/Insurance Company. 6.

The application stands disposed of.
