This Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) impugns the order [dated 18th July, 2017 in CS No.9996/2016 of the Court of Additional District Judge-06 (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi] granting unconditional leave to the respondent/defendant to defend the suit under Order XXXVII of CPC filed by the petitioner/plaintiff.

After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff withdraws the petition with an intent to expedite trial in the suit. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
