% 10.11.2017 Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 are brothers; whereas respondent no.2 is son of petitioner no.1 and respondent no. 3 is son of respondent no.2. It is submitted that a quarrel took place between the petitioners on the one hand and respondent nos. 2 to 4 on the other, which led to registration of FIR No. 444/2013 under Sections 324/326/34 IPC at police station Ashok Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is submitted that petitioners (accused persons) and respondent no. 2 (complainant) have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Court, Delhi on 12th May, vide Settlement/Agreement (Annexure-C). Respondent nos. 3 and 4 submit that

they have accepted the Annexure-C arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre. They further submit that they have settled the matter out of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They also admit having received the entire settled amount and have no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in view that a quarrel took place between the brothers and their family which disputes they have settled amicably before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
