% 22.09.2017 The petitioner has filed the undertaking to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of quarter bearing No.35-H, Vasant Vihar (Type-C), New Delhi. The petitioner has also undertaken to continue to deposit the provisional damages @ Rs.25,000/- per month till the handing over of the possession. The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted. This writ petition has already been disposed of on 13th September, 2017 and need not be listed again.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
