% 15.03.2018 Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that certified copies of the collaboration agreement, sale deed etc. would be sufficient for the purposes of investigation, at this stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certified copies would be supplied to the Investigating Officer within 15 days. Learned APP further submits that endeavour would be made to expedite the investigation and complete the same within 6 months.
