By way of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing and/or setting aside of the impugned Office Order No. F. No. 4/PH-IV/DHS/2013-14/M/577-582 dated 25.08.2017 and Office Order No. F. No. 4/PH-IV/DHS/201314/M/583-588 dated 25.08.2017. 2.
Mr. Sannu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the prayers in the present petition have been fulfilled, as the impugned Office Orders being Office Order No. F. No. 4/PH-IV/DHS/201314/M/577-582 dated 25.08.2017 and Office Order No. F.No.4/PHIV/DHS/2013-14/M/583-588 dated 25.08.2017 stand withdrawn by the government vide circular dated 01.04.2025. The relevant extract of which has reproduced hereunder:
"Office Order The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 18:36:08
Ceiling rate for NS-1 Ag (Elisa) & MAC Elisa test for dengue and platelets count test issued vide office order no. F.N.4/PHIV/DHS/2013-14/M/577 582 dated: 25.08.2017 and ceiling rate for Chikungunya serology IgM (ELISA based) & RT-PCR for Chikungunya issued vide office order no.
F.N.4/PHIV/DHS/2013-14/M/583-588,dated:25.08.2017,stands withdrawn with immediate effect.
This issues with the prior approval of competent Authority. Sd/- Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Director General of Health Services Govt. of NCT of Delhi"

In view of the aforesaid submission and considering that the impugned Office Orders have been withdrawn pursuant to the circular issued by the respondent, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
Needless to state that this Court has not dealt with any of the contentions and the same are left open to be urged in an appropriate petition.
