CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 07.02.2018 CM No.4748/2018 1.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in re-filing is condoned.

2.

The application is disposed of.

CM No.4747/2018 3.

Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

W.P.(C) 1126/2018 4.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or directions thereby directing the respondents no. 1 to 4 to take appropriate action regarding declaring the relinquishment deed no.4397 dt. 01.06.2006 registered on 09.6.2006 and relinquishment deed No.6647 registered on 12.09.2008 and relinquishment deed No.7487

registered on 20.08.2016 as null and void in the interest of justice;

(b) Issue a writ, order or directions thereby directing the respondents no.4 not to register the sale deed on the basis of above forged and fabricated relinquishment deed; (c) Give the directions to the respondents not to misuse the abovesaid relinquishment deeds and declare the above said land as Wakf Board Land/Public land."

5.

The petition does not disclose that the petitioner is, in any manner, interested in the property purported to be the subject matter of the Relinquishment Deeds.

The petition is completely silent as to how the petitioner is interested in the subject matter of the present petition. 6.

During the course of the arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner was a witness to the three Relinquishment Deeds, which the petitioner alleges are illegal and false. He states that the petitioner was "cheated" to affix his signatures on the said Deeds.

7.

Since it is clear that the petitioner has no interest in the subject matter of the present petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.

8.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
