W.P. (Crl.) No.2674/2017 This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 482, 483 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ("Cr.P.C.") seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the release of the petitioner from custody in case of FIR No.173 dated 17.12.2015 registered under Sections 420, 409, 120-B IPC at Police Station EOW, New Delhi.

After some hearing in the matter, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition to enable him to seek appropriate remedy as available in accordance with law, raising all the

grounds as detailed in this writ petition and such other grounds which may be available to him in accordance with law. Mr.Chaudhri, learned Senior counsel submits that he will file a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 30.08.2017 by which an application seeking bail has been declined, and he would also seek appropriate remedy as available in accordance with law seeking to challenge the order of the appellant's remand and the directions passed by the Additional Sessions Judge.

As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as sought for.
