% 14.03.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 513/2016, under Sections 279/304A of IPC registered at police station Janak Puri, Delhi is sought on the basis of settlement deed.

Upon hearing, I find that the manner in which accident had taken place does not call for quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of settlement deed, as the case is at the evidence stage before trial court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, while not commenting upon merits.
