W.P.(C) 8185/2017 & C.M.No.33622/2017(interim relief) Petitioner is aggrieved by the letter dated 08.9.2017 vide which the concession being availed of by the petitioner had been withdrawn; this letter informs the petitioner that the concession permitted between 13.02.2013 to 31.3.2016 and charges for this period will be recovered immediately. Petitioner is aggrieved. At the outset learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that this petition is not maintainable

in the present form. At best the petitioner can avail his remedy by filing a suit.

At this stage leaned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty approach the appropriate forum. He seeks 10 days time to approach the competent court. Next 10 days no coercive steps be taken in pursuance of the letter dated 08.9.2017. Status quo of the amount in the bank account of the petitioner be maintained till that date. With this direction petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
