The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that a direction be issued to respondent to assess the premises / flats bearing Nos.401 and 402, Kailash Building, 26, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi, as separate properties for the purposes of assessing property tax. 4.
Mr. Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to several requests made by the petitioner in this regard. The petitioner's grievance is that none of those requests have been addressed.

The learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, states that the main counsel is not in India. 6.
This Court is of the view that it is not necessary to issue notice and it would be apposite to dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass a speaking order after affording the petitioner an opportunity to be heard. It is so directed. The said exercise be completed within a period of 12 weeks from today. 7.
The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 8.
Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
