% 26.09.2017 In this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated August 28, 2017 of the Enquiry Officer who is holding proceedings pursuant to charge sheet dated April 29, 2016. Suffice to state, this petition is a second round of litigation, the earlier petition being W.P.(C) No. 8128/2016, which was disposed of on November 18, 2016 with the following order:- "1.

This petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to urge all grounds as stated in this writ petition as defences in the enquiry proceedings, and which enquiry proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules, circulars,

guidelines etc of the respondent No.1.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty."

In view of the order of this court in the said writ petition, the present petition, even though challenging the order of the Enquiry Officer dated April 29, 2016, shall not be maintainable. Suffice to state, that the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the decision of the Enquiry Officer dated August 28, 2017 after the culmination of the Disciplinary Proceedings.
