CRL.M.C. no. 3769/2017 Mr. Sheel Kumar Bansal, Authorized Representative of respondent no. 2 M/s. L'Oreal submits that the matter has been settled with petitioners

voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR No. 55/2008 under Sections 103/104 of the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958 and Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, 1954 registered at P.S. Economic Offences Wing and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners. Settlement Deed dated 9th August, 2017has also been filed on record.

Mr. Sheel Kumar Bansal has identified his signature on the Settlement Deed at point 'X'.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 55/2008 under Sections 103/104 of the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958 and Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, 1954 registered at P.S. Economic Offences Wing and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners only. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
