By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is praying for anticipatory bail in FIR No.270/2016, registered at PS Dwarka South, under Sections 420/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the application filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail has been dismissed by the learned Special Judge, CBI (PC Act), vide order 21st July, 2017, but in view of the submissions made by the Investigating Officer before the learned Special Judge, CBI (PC Act) on 8th February, 2017 that BAIL APPLN. 1884/2017

no ground is made out to arrest the applicant, he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Order dasti.
