O R D E R

% 08.10.2018 Keeping in view the orders passed by this Court on 19.12.2017 and 30.01.2018, we find that both the Delhi Police and the Delhi State Legal Service Authority have put into place a system whereby registration of an FIR for sexual offence is undertaken by the Police Department and a report sent within 24 hours to the Delhi State Legal Service Authority by way of an e-mail and the Delhi State Legal Service Authority as is evident from their status report filed on 21.09.2017 has put into place a procedure as detailed therein for evaluating the same and providing compensation to the victim W.P.(C) 8183/2017

Concerned in accordance with Victim Compensation Scheme, 2015. We are satisfied that the system required for payment of compensation to the victims at the earliest is in place and documents filed by the Delhi State Legal Service Authority subsequently thereto indicates that the system has been made operational.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, no further directions are required. The petition stands disposed of.
