% 15.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 21st August, 2017, therefore, FIR No.94/2011 under Sections 498-A/406/506/354/494/34 IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at Police Station Mandir Marg on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sudhir Kumar, P.S. Mandir Marg.
She submits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and is not willing to pursue the FIR No. 94/2011
against any of the petitioners any further subject to have release of the amounts lying deposited in different courts.
Respondent no.2 says that `3.30 lacs have already been received by her till now. Let the sum of `3 lacs, lying deposited in this Court, pursuant to the order dated 14th July, 2011 passed by Hon'ble Mr. V.K. Shali, in Bail Application No.925/2011, be forthwith released to respondent no.2 alongwith the interest accrued thereon, if any. `7,20,000/- is stated to be lying deposited in Family Courts, Allahabad in case no.36/2013. Petitioner no.1 undertakes that he will have no objection in case the said amount is released to respondent no.2. He further submits that he will cooperate the respondent no.2 for release of the said amount to her. Accordingly, the aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to release of `7,20,000/- to the respondent no.2 by the Family Courts, Allahabad. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
