1. The limited prayer made in the writ petition by the petitioner is for a direction to Respondent/ LAC to decide his petition under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act,1894 dated 21.04.2018, filed on 25.04.2018.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent on instructions states that the hearing of the said petition is now fixed before the LAC on 28.02.2020.

3. Considering the facts that the said petition has been pending since April, 2018, we can expect that the LAC shall take up the petition for hearing on 28.02.2020. In any event, we direct them to positively dispose of the petition under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as preferred by the By:SAPNA SETHI 16:24:50

Petitioner within the next three months.
