% 15.09.2017 In view of the circumstance that Ms. Mehrun Nissa, the mother of the petitioner has voluntarily appeared before this Court today; Mr. Kamran Malik, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. It is, however, observed that Smt. Mehrun Nissa, aged 72 years, widow of Late Shri Mizajuddin R/o H.No. 452, Friends Apartment, Flat No. 1, Gadda Colony, Zakir Nagar West, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi - 110025 is in possession of House No. 101, Gadda Colony, Zakir Nagar West,

Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-25. Further, in view of the statement made by Smt. Mehrun Nissa, expressing her apprehension of physical harm at the instance of the petitioner, the Delhi Police is directed to offer adequate protection to ensure safety and security of her life.
