% 21.11.2017 The genesis of the present petition, instituted on behalf of the Parents Association of K.R. Manglam School, is their assertion to the effect that the latter have been charging tuition fee, development fee and incremental fee in excess of what is permissible in law. In this behalf, our attention has been invited to a communication dated the 14th April, 2017, addressed by the petitioners to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India with copies thereof being marked to the Chairman, Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Kendra, 2, Community Centre, Preet Vihar, New Delhi as well as the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, Old Secretariat, Civil Lines, Delhi. Mr Ramesh Singh, learned Standing Counsel (Civil), appearing on behalf of the Directorate of Education, states that a full-fledged enquiry in accordance with law has been directed to be conducted by the Regional Director in relation to the grievances raised by the petitioners and that a comprehensive report shall be furnished to the petitioners positively within

a period of six weeks from today.

Directed accordingly.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed off at this stage whilst reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court afresh in the event they aggrieved by the determination made by the Directorate of Education.
