O R D E R

% 24.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecutrix is aged about 26 years. Petitioner and prosecutrix were known to each other. They were in love. He further submits that the petitioner did not extend any false promise of marriage to establish physical relations with the prosecutrix. Petitioner is in custody for about last three months. The statement of prosecutrix that consent has been obtained on pretext of marriage or not is subject matter of trial. Investigation is over and charge sheet has been filed. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in

the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
