In view of the directions given in ARB.P. 808/2017 for constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, the ad interim order passed on 19.09.2017, is directed to be continued for a further period of two months from today. 2.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Arbitral Tribunal. 3.

It is clarified that all contentions of the parties are reserved. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
