CRL.M.C. 3788/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after obtaining proper divorce document.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioners, the prayer is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition after obtaining the divorce document as per law.
