% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondents no.2 have settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 23rd August, 2017, therefore, FIR No.329/2015 under Sections 392/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Brahampal, P.S. Malviya Nagar. Petitioners and respondent no.2 are living in the same locality.
A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue.
Respondent no.2 says that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
He further submits that cross FIR No.331/2015 under Sections 308/452/34 IPC registered on the complaint of
petitioner no.3 Salman Khan has already been quashed vide order dated 15th September, 2017 passed in Crl.M.C.No.3823/2017. He says that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 vide Memorandum of Settlement, in the interest of justice, FIR No.329/2015 under Sections 392/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, which is at the stage of investigation, is quashed.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
