This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 7th August, 2018.

The counsel for the respondents states that though he was present in the Court on 7th August, 2018 but his appearance has not been noted in the order passed on 7th August, 2018 in this petition as well as in connected petitions i.e. W.P.(C) 5191/2017, W.P.(C) 5648/2017, W.P.(C) 7364/2017, W.P.(C) 8224/2017 & W.P.(C) 8226/2017.

The aforesaid error is corrected.

The appearance of the counsel for the respondent on 7th August, 2018 in this petition and in other petitions aforesaid is hereby recorded. 5.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is present in person.

The petitioner on enquiry states that he could not vacate the premises till now on account of being posted in Nagaland and now, after coming to Delhi in pursuance to the order dated 7th August, 2018, he has already W.P.(C) 8253/2017

initiated the process of vacating and will vacate the premises in his occupation by 31st August, 2018.

The petitioner is bound by the aforesaid.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 7th August, 2018, the delay on the part of the petitioner in vacating the accommodation in terms of undertaking is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 7th August, 2018 in other connected petitions. 9.

However if the petitioner does not vacate the premises by tomorrow i.e. 31st August, 2018 as aforesaid, the respondent shall have liberty to apply. RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J AUGUST 30, 2018 'pp'..
