930/2016 under Sections 323/354/354B/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at police station Seema Puri, on the complaint of respondent no.2. In the said incident, respondent nos. 3 to 5 had also sustained injuries. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 5 are related to each other and they live in the same locality. It is submitted that a quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which had led to registration of aforesaid FIR. With the intervention of elders of their family petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 5 have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, therefore, FIR may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2 to 5 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Somvir of police station Seemapuri. They submit that they have settled their disputes with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view that a quarrel took place between the relatives on some trivial issue and that they have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations with each other in future, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
