CONT.CAS(C) 762/2017 Respondent's counsel submits that compliance of order of 21st March, 2017, of which contempt is alleged, has been complied with and the result for the post of Librarian in the Directorate of Education has been declared on 5th December, 2018 and petitioner has qualified. It is submitted that the dossier would be sent to Directorate of Education within four weeks.
Let the process to issue the appointment letter to petitioner be expedited.
