The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondents to take appropriate action on various representations made by the petitioner. The petitioner claims to have done research of human minds with the help of ancient Indian texts and methods and also published a book named "Aadi Shakti Puran". The petitioner made a representation to the Prime Minister's Office requesting that further research be conducted based on his book.

It is the petitioner's grievance that he has not received any satisfactory answer to his representations. The petitioner also mentioned that the Ministry of Science and Technology had sent a letter dated 22.08.2014 to the petitioner's stating that his research is not clinically proved and showed its inability to take any action on his representation. 3.

It is, thus, clear that petitioner's representations have been considered

by the appropriate scientific department and they have not found that any of his research is clinically proved. No further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
