O R D E R

Vide judgment dated 9th February, 2018, this Court allowed the appeal and reduced the compensation amount from Rs.54,87,500/- to Rs.40 lakhs along with interest @9% per annum.

The Accounts Officer has done the calculation of the interest payable to the claimants in terms of the aforesaid judgment. As per the calculation done by the Accounts officer, Rs.25,09,790/- was released to the claimants on 5th December, 2017 and after adjusting the said amount, the claimants are entitled to a further amount of Rs.22,54,014.52 as on the date of the judgment.

The appellant has handed over TDS certificates totalling Rs.1,82,686/- to the claimants and after adjusting the said amount, the claimants are entitled to Rs.20,71,328.50.

Vide order dated 22nd March, 2018, Rs.20 lakh has been disbursed to respondents no.1 to 3. State Bank of India, Saket Court Branch is directed to release a sum of Rs.71,328.50 to respondent no.1 by transferring the same

to her savings bank account with HDFC Bank, Defence Colony Market Branch.

After disbursing Rs.20 lakh in terms of the order dated 22nd March, 2018 and after releasing Rs.71,328.50 to respondent no.1 in terms of this order, State Bank of India, Saket Court Branch is directed to refund the balance amount to the appellant.

List for reporting compliance on 30th May, 2018. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
