Mr Mahajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the question whether this Court ought to entertain the present petition is covered against the petitioner by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Aasma Mohammed Farooq & Anr. v. Union of India & Ors.:W.P.(C) 12494/2018, decided on 05.12.2018. 3.

It is pointed out that properties attached in the present case are located in Uttar Pradesh. An FIR for the scheduled offence has also been registered in Lucknow and the authority which has passed the provisional attachment order is also in Lucknow.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate court. However, the

interim order passed in the present petition shall continue for a further period of six weeks from today.
