This is an application filed on behalf of respondent no.1 seeking extension of time to decide the pending appeal and the representation within a period of three weeks.

By an order dated 15.09.2017, respondent no.1 was directed to consider the same within a period of three weeks from that date. Respondent no. 1 now seeks further time of three months as it is stated that the concerned authority would also require taken into account response from various entities.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the period for deciding the pending appeal and representation is extended by a further period of three months from today.

The application is disposed of.
