% 14.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's father Late Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta had purchased a piece of land bearing Khasra No. 52/11/2 Min (0-04) and 20 Min (1-04) total area admeasuring 1 bigha and 8 biswas, situated in the revenue estate of village Mehrauli, New Delhi, vide sale deed bearing Document No. 2025, Additional Book No. 1, Volume No. 5463 dated 02.04.1986 duly registered in the office of Sub- Registrar-III, New Delhi.

He has further submitted that the petitioner had sought for demarcation before the revenue estate of village Mehrauli, New Delhi (Tehsildar, Mehrauli) and it is under process and prays that the Tehsildar, Mehrauli be directed to demarcate the land in question.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's demarcation application is in the process and it would take eight weeks. He further submits that the respondents have got no objection for giving the demarcation within eight weeks. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, the Tehsildar, Mehrauli is directed to give the report of demarcation of the land in question to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

The present petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
