Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.302/2012 under Sections 364/302/392/34 IPC Police Station Vasant Vihar. Petitioner has been in custody for more than six years.

Learned APP informs that only 6 formal/official witnesses are remaining to be examined. The independent prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that this petition be disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the recording of the testimony of the prosecution witnesses preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. 5.

Order be transmitted to the jail authorities as well as the concerned court.
