% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably.

Therefore, FIR No.504/2015 under Sections 354B/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court today alongwith her counsel. Petitioners and respondent no.2 are cousins. She says that a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue. She says that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 504/2015 under Sections 354B/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of.
