O R D E R

% 20.11.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner claims to be selling Chhole Bhature near Piragarhi Metro Station Parking since 2006 and has been removed by the officials of the respondent. Counsel for the respondent who enters appearance on advance copy submits that petitioner is not a regular street vendor and he was removed on the basis of complaints received that he was cooking food in the open and in unhygienic conditions. She further submits that petitioner cannot be allowed to vend as the area in question is one of the 11 roads which have been identified to be kept encroachment free.

Counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that petitioner will ensure that the food items sold by him are not cooked in the open and they are cooked in hygienic conditions and further he would re-locate himself in

and around the area so that free flow of traffic is not obstructed. The petition is disposed of as prayed.
