% 22.09.2017 Petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking prayers, as follows:

"A.

Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, direction commanding the respondent to comply with the law and policy decision dated 29.7.2017 annexed as ANNEXURE P-2 with the petition."

Can a direction of such general nature be granted and enforced? The answer certainly would be in the negative. Instant petition appears to have been filed with ulterior motives and is dismissed with costs of Rs.20,000/- to be deposited with DHCLSC within one month from today.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the petitioner insists that during the course of hearing he had prayed for the withdrawal of the petition.

Withdrawing the petition at a stage, when the matter was heard and Court has expressed its mind, of course, would not be entertained and stands rejected and, the counsel is advised to be more careful in future.
