% 29.04.2019 In this petition, quashing of complaint No.06/2015, under Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 is sought on merits. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is now coming up before trial court on 30th May, 2019 for arguments on the point of charge. Since petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the charge stage, therefore, this Court is not inclined to invoke its extra ordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings arising out of complaint in question.

This petition and applications are accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the stage of hearing on the point of Charge.
