The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 178/2012 under Sections 302/392/394/397/120B/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Chhawla, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the Court is inclined to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses, he shall not press the present petition.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Keeping in view that the petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2012, the trial court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from today. 4.
