% 09.10.2017 At the outset, Mr Narula, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has instructions that the respondents will withdraw the cancellation orders and the de-registration with liberty to issue a show cause notice and proceed accordingly.
In view of the above statement, the principal grievance of the petitioner is addressed. The present petition is disposed of by binding down the respondents to the aforesaid statement. Needless to mention that with the withdrawal of cancellation and de-registration orders, the relationship between the parties as existed prior to the said orders would stand restored till further orders are passed by the respondents. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as to the merits of the disputes and all contentions of the parties are open. VIBHU BAKHRU, J OCTOBER 09, 2017/RK
